Terms and Conditions – J1 Game

01. General Terms

J1 Game is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes. The platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, fish games, bingo, table games and arcade titles, all accessible through a single PKR-denominated account. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the platform, including account registration, depositing funds, participating in games, claiming bonuses and withdrawing winnings.

By accessing or using any part of J1 Game, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment, and that you accept full responsibility for your gaming activity and expenditure. These Terms are written in plain English and we encourage you to read them fully before you start playing.

J1 Game reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players through in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on J1 Game, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults and we take our age verification obligations seriously.
• You must register as an individual person. Corporate accounts, shared accounts and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You may hold only one account at any time. Creating multiple accounts – including under different names, email addresses or payment details – is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential. J1 Game will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or inadequately protected your password.
• You must not use the platform if you have previously had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

J1 Game may request identity verification documents at any stage, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an account review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

03. Deposits & Payment Methods

J1 Game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time and the current options will always be shown in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

All funds deposited into your J1 Game account are held solely for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Deposits are not investments and are not entitled to any interest. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on network processing times.
• J1 Game does not charge internal fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made through methods other than those listed in your account may not be credited and could be subject to a return process that takes additional time.

You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit are your own and that you are authorised to use the payment method you select. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means is a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

04. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. J1 Game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order they are received.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed fastest, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an outstanding verification requirement or if a bonus wagering condition has not been met.

J1 Game does not withhold legitimate winnings. If you experience an unexplained delay on a withdrawal, you should first check whether any pending bonus terms apply to your balance, then contact support through your account if the issue persists.

05. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

J1 Game regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 series and other occasions relevant to Pakistani players.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will always be clearly stated at the point the offer is communicated. General principles that apply across all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus or derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will always be stated in the promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated timeframe will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active in your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: Any behaviour that J1 Game determines to be bonus abuse – including the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements or coordinated play – will result in bonus removal, account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

06. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on J1 Game are provided by reputable software developers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by human dealers operating under controlled conditions. J1 Game does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the house edge that is mathematically built into each game's design.

Return to Player (RTP) figures for individual games are available within the game information panels. RTP represents the theoretical long-term average percentage of all wagered money that a game will pay back to players. It is a statistical measure over a very large number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific result in a single session.

• Players must not use any software, algorithm, bot, script or automated tool to interact with games on the platform.
• Collusion between players in any game format is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform is a breach of these Terms. Winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are not valid and will be voided.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, J1 Game will review the game state at the point of interruption and where possible restore the game to its last valid state. In cases where this is not technically possible, the wager for the interrupted round may be returned to your balance.
• J1 Game's records of all game outcomes and transactions are the definitive record in any dispute. Where a player's device logs differ from server records, the server records take precedence.

07. VIP Programme

J1 Game operates a multi-tier VIP programme open to all registered players. VIP points are earned on wagers placed across all game categories in the lobby. The rate at which points are earned and the benefits attached to each tier are set out on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.

• VIP points and tier status are linked to a single registered account and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• J1 Game reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point earning rates and associated benefits with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP benefits including cashback and enhanced withdrawal limits apply to eligible tiers only and are subject to the conditions set out in the VIP programme terms.
• If an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any accumulated VIP points and associated benefits will be forfeited.
• VIP points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for PKR directly; they serve only to determine tier status and unlock the associated tier benefits.

08. Responsible Gaming

J1 Game is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. We encourage all players to approach gaming with a pre-set budget, to take regular breaks and to avoid chasing losses.

• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no deposits, bonuses or game access will be permitted.
• Deposit limits: Players can set voluntary daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account to help manage spending.
• Reality checks: Session time reminders can be enabled to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: If you need a short break without committing to a full self-exclusion, a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks can be applied to your account.

09. Privacy & Data

J1 Game collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, payment processing and platform operation. The full details of what data we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained and what rights you have over your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is handled in accordance with the security requirements of the relevant payment networks, including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast.
• J1 Game may share data with third parties where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

J1 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct.
• Operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Abuse of the bonus system or exploitation of platform errors.
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward platform staff or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, J1 Game reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Genuine PKR deposits that are not subject to an active bonus condition will be returned to the player through the original deposit method where technically possible, unless the account closure is related to suspected fraud or money laundering – in which case the funds may be held pending investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support through their registered account. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

J1 Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions or technical faults.

• J1 Game will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect losses arising from technical interruptions, game errors or delays in payment processing, except where those losses result directly from our own negligence.
• J1 Game is not responsible for any losses arising from your use of a third-party payment service, including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa or any bank.
• Nothing in these Terms limits J1 Game's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

J1 Game may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via an in-platform notification or by email to the address on file. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you continue to use the platform after an update has taken effect, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page is always the current version. Earlier versions are not in force and should not be relied upon.
